Location:

Approximately an 10 minute walk to Stockwell tube (Northern and Victoria lines), 8 minutes to Clapham North (Northern line) and 8 minutes to Brixton (Victoria line). It’s also very close to Clapham High Street overground (and thus Clapham High Street for nights out too). There are also plenty of bus routes out of the area and Clapham Junction is probably about 15-20 minutes by bus or 8mins from Clapham High Street. It’s a friendly safe area and we get along with our neighbours.

The Room:

The room for rent is a double and it has a built in wardrobes with additional storage for room. The room has a window looking the garden. You would have shared used of a bathroom with ONE other housemate.

The deposit is held and guarded with a deposit scheme.

We will try and do initial viewings 10th-12th December after 5pm as housemates away at the moment. You maybe asked for another visit so that we/you can find out more about you/us the following week.

House mates and what we’re looking for:

Currently there are me, Analie and Martina living in the house, and we have a spare room thus we are looking for someone else to share with us. We are professionals of 30 and 45 who are easy going and would be looking for someone else between their early twenties and late forties.

We are looking for a likeminded, outgoing and reliable person to share our home with, who will easily fit into our already good dynamic and will add to the house, is clean and tidy, a good laugh and fairly relaxed.

*Please note that we are not accepting potential tenants who WFH more than 2 days a week. This is due to others working 5 days a week in workplace and fair sharing of utilities.
