•Double bedroom en suite with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
•South facing - really sunny!
•Space for desk (last tenant removed it)
•Private bathroom with bathtub/shower
-The House-
3 mins walk from Clapham South station and in a gated area. It’s a large house with lots of communal space. There’s a big kitchen and dining room, large living room, a laundry/gym room and good sized garden. Private bathroom and shared downstairs toilet.
(We have our own en suite bathroom)

• You will have your own full fridge and freezer as well as personal cupboard space / pantry.
-Housemates-
We are a couple with a 1.5 year old dog, Tippi.

- Myself, Jake (33), I’m an osteopath and will be at clinic through the week. I’m very active, enjoy cooking, socialising, sport, traveling.

-Min (25), also working in healthcare and will be at clinic most days of the week. Evenings spent reading, doing pilates or annoying Jake.

-Tippi (1.5), Australian shepherd who works hard at following us around the house making sure we’re up to no good. Well trained and sleeps in her crate in the kitchen at night. At doggy day care 2 days per week and wont require any looking after by housemate.
We are both active and social. We enjoy a drink out and relaxed nights in. Usually in the lounge chilling with the dog or recharging in our bedrooms.
