The Home
This is a much-loved family home that has been carefully maintained over many years. As we are relocating overseas, we are offering the bedrooms to professional lodgers while retaining one private bedroom for our occasional use when visiting London.
Most of the time you'll enjoy a quiet home, and when we do stay, we're looking for considerate housemates who value a clean, respectful living environment. This is an ideal setup for professionals who prefer a calm home rather than a busy, high-turnover house share.
Fantastic Location
Located between Clapham and Balham (SW12), you'll be just a 10-15 minute walk to both Clapham South and Balham stations (Northern Line and National Rail), with excellent access to central London.
You'll also be close to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and the green open spaces of Clapham Common.
We're Looking For
Professional, tidy and considerate lodgers who will treat the house as a home.
