Hi! I’m moving back to Norway, so my room in a lovely flat in Clapham South will be available from 1 November. An earlier/later move-in date could also be considered if needed 😊
📍 The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South tube station, making it really easy to get around London.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Olivia, 27, from the US, and we’re looking for someone aged 22–35 to move in.
💷 The total rent for the flat is £2,500 per month, split between two people. The available room is slightly larger than the other bedroom, so I’ve been paying a little more than Olivia, but the exact split can of course be discussed.
