This flat boasts an excellent location between Wandsworth and Clapham Common and is a short walk from Northcote Road, Clapham South and Balham tube stations. The rent is a good deal for the location and the fact it comes with a large (shared) secure garden with direct access via French doors. We have a good relationship with the neighbours and the street is quiet and pretty fancy so good vibes all round 😅

The room itself comes with the bed and built in wardrobe (not the chest of drawers or bedside table).

You’ll be living with me, I’m 27 and moved in about six months ago, so I’m still relatively new to the flat myself. I’m really easy going when it comes to how we make the space our own, so very happy to share ideas and make it feel like home. Interest wise, I enjoy sports (currently tag rugby), concerts, going out for food and drinks and movie nights. I work in the medical profession, so I work onsite rather than from home, but there's space available if you do work remotely.

I’m looking for a housemate who is friendly, up for the occasional pub trip, sporty activity or evening together, but equally enjoys their own space. I’m clean, tidy, sociable and respectful, and value having a chilled home.

My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, after living here for 6 and half years!
