4-bed ground floor furnished flat with a living room, balcony, 1 bathroom, communal garden and washer-dryer. You’ll be renting directly from the landlord (no agents - no hidden fees or hidden extras). We’ve met the landlord - he’s lovely and been looking after tenants for 16 years.

The room 🛏️
• Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers, desk)
• £1,050 per month - all bills and council tax included (council tax Band D)
• Move in date: 3 December (no later!)
