Clean comfortable double room: All bills incl.

We are looking for a student/professional lodger to rent our clean and comfortable double room from 1st March 2026. Someone with a mature and independent spirit would most probably suit this room. The room itself is a comfortable size and conveniently close to all amenities. Our central London apartment/maisonette is situated in the Clerkenwell area of Islington with easy access to UCL, City University (which happens to be a 5-minute walk away), and the City. Nearest tube stations are Angel and Barbican a 5-minute walk either way. Old Street and Farringdon train stations are 10 minutes walk away. The bus stop is 2 minutes away outside our flats with easy and short bus travel links to the city. The rent is inclusive of all bills: gas, electric, hot water, central heating and council tax. Use of washer/dryer is also included in the rent. We also have free wireless broadband available. You would share a bathroom and separate w/c and kitchen with landlord and landlady and one other lodger (Altogether including the person who takes the room there are 4 people in a 4 bedroom apartment). Please note: this is not a flatshare but a bedsit in a friendly and welcoming home. Your room will be your living space for peaceful relaxation or quiet study.
