Bright, spacious double room in a cosy, characterful flat in the borough of Islington. The flat is in a charming 1930s building, located in a safe and central neighbourhood, and offers a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city.

Although rented as a room, you’ll have the entire flat for yourself – living room, kitchen, and bathroom – as I’m working abroad.

Please note: I return to London roughly every six months for a few days and may stay on the sofa during those visits. I always give plenty of notice, keep things quiet and respectful, and I will consider tenants who are genuinely comfortable with this arrangement.

Located near Exmouth Market, and Angel, you’ll have cafés, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep. You’re also next door to Sadler’s Wells Theatre and close to the Barbican Centre. It’s a fantastic base to enjoy London’s cultural life.
