Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to come live with us, as our other flatmate had to move abroad.
It is a very lovely flat in a newly constructed building in Colindale, just a 10 min walk from the tube station. We are looking for a flatmate to join us from the beginning of January.

Rent: £1175 pcm
Minimum stay: 12 months; it is a rolling contract so we'd like to stay on it for a long time.
Bills: not included, usually about £40-70 per person per month depending on usage.
You will need to have an income of at least £39875 or a guarantor whose income is at least £43500.
