Double room available in a 2-bed flat in Colindale from 1st October, £710 pcm + bills.
The flat is around a 10–15 minute walk from Colindale Station (Northern Line - Edgware branch), with a large ASDA, large Morrisons and small Aldi also within walking distance.
You’ll be sharing the flat with me! I’m 26 and a working hospitality professional. I’m looking for another woman, ideally also a working professional, who is clean, considerate and looking for a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
The room is a double and furnished with bed, mattress, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The flat also has a washing machine in the kitchen/living room area and a storage compartment in the same space that’s shared.
Rent: £710 pcm
Bills: approximately £400 per month, split between us (around £200 each)
Council Tax: Band C (included in the bill estimate)
The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift, so please keep that in mind.
Smoking isn’t permitted inside the flat, and unfortunately we can’t have cats or dogs due to allergies.
