With a co-op, costa, and other independent shops and restaurants near by. The flat has a big balcony, its pet friendly too although it has an additional charge. The building has a lounge, a pantry, a co-working space, a cinema room, a party hosting room with fully functional kitchen, outdoor social space, and rooftop gym.

Intially we were getting the 2-bed but they are smaller for higher prices, so we are now switching to the 3 bed. I met my current flatmate through social media as well on accident when looking for the previous flat so we know each other just 1 week more than we would know you lol so we are very very open to anyone who is happy with the place and us!

My friend is a lawyer in training, works remotely, and I am in social policy research currently looking for a job and waiting for graduation so will be home often. However we respect each other's space down time and privacy too!

Overal, we are clean sociable friendly people (and I have met her in person and viewed the property as well) and are looking for our 3rd flatmate. The flat is a 3 bed 2 bath, but you will have your own bathroom as her and I have decided to share. We are both Indians and vegan so while we prefer vegetarians and or vegan, we are open to anything as long as you are clean and respectful!

The move in date is from 15th october however the tenancy signing, reference check, guarantor check (if needed), holding deposit (this will be cut from first months rent) and main deposit need to be paid by the end of this month.

We are looking for somone who can confirm stay for 12 months at least or find a suitable replacement if they want to leave as the contract is something we all are in together rather than independently.
