Single room available to rent in a family home where I live with my family, wife(31) and two daughters(14 & 9). I have a spare single room available. Room is bigger than the normal single rooms, has single bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, side table and body size mirror.
House is very close to colindale station just 3-4 minutes walk.
Property is a three bedroom house with two reception rooms, two bath rooms and a back garden. Shared kitchen, Separate fridge/freezer available. Unlimited Fibre broadband available.
You will be sharing bathroom with one other female. All bills will be included in rent including cleaning of bathroom and other shared areas. Kitchen will be shared.
We are looking preferably for female professional or student to share the house who are Friendly, tidy and considerate.
Property is very close to basic amenities. >Colindale station 3-4 minutes walk (25 minutes to Kings cross, 15 minutes walk to middlesex univesity)
>Buses 324, 204, 142, 32 and night bus within 2 minutes walk

We don't smoke, and have no pets, we don't drink and only eats Halal.
