- Plenty of storage, including a modern built-in wardrobe and bedside tables

- Lots of natural light as desired through a large window with a view over the garden

The House:
- First floor of the large house and bathroom shared with a female student
- Common areas shared with one male and one female housemate
- One friendly cat lives in the home
- Bills all included (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi)

9-minute walk to Eltham Station (Zone 4) with fast links to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street & London Victoria.

The household:
- I am a professional working in the city full time and my daughter is a full time student
- We both like travel, comedies and intellectual conversations
- We are both busy and tend to do our own thing so the house is usually quiet
- We tend not to cook big meals so there will be little contention for the kitchen !
