IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Available for long term stays and short term stays
• No kitchen, fridge/freezer or washing machine available for guest use
• Maximum 2 guests total across all rooms
• 24/7 CCTV is in operation at the property for security
• Two forms of identification are required before moving in; references are welcome but not essential
• We prefer female guests, though we will consider suitable male guests as well
• STRICTLY NO VISITORS, NO EXTRA GUESTS AND NO OVERNIGHT STAYS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. THIS RULE IS ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Photos of rooms and areas taken before move-in – official record to avoid disputes

We only accept polite, respectful, calm, tidy people. No aggression, rudeness or bad behaviour. Any damage or rule breaking will result in immediate notice to leave.
