Lovely cozy double room

From the 1st of May we have a cosie double room vacant. The French student is finishing his studies and will be moving back to France
The apartment is on two floors. The first floor has a guest toilet, a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a lovely decent size kitchen.
Even though the house is at the main road the room is looking at the back of the house with a view to the garden and it's very quiet 🤫 You have privacy and we respect personal space
We live in a private neighbourhood called Hampstead Garden Suburb, and we couldn't ask for a better landlord. Therefore we are on our 14th tenancy agreement

Nearest tube station
Golders Green (4 buss stops away or roughly 20 min walk)
