Lovely cozy double room

From the 22nd december we have a cosie double room vacant. The lovely Korean girl living with us will be moving back home as her visa is coming to end.
The first floor has a guest toilet, a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a lovely decent size kitchen.
Even though the house is at the main road the room is looking at the back of the house with a view to the garden and it's very quiet 🤫
We are friendly, respect each other's personal space and we all love a clean home. We have a pretty strong opinion about keeping the shared space clean and tidy.
We live in a private neighbourhood called Hampstead Garden Suburb, and we couldn't ask for a better landlord. Therefore, we have just signed our 13th tenancy agreement.
