Comfy flat - 3 bedrooms - Fulham

Hello everyone

We have one double bedroom available early july.

The flat is a very nice 3-bedroom flat in Fulham, in between Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway

If you are interested, can you please give us a bit of information about yourself? We would like to know who you are, what you are looking for, when you need to move in, for how long, and eventually your age.

The property is composed of 3 fully furnished bedrooms ranging in size, all with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
There is a really nice shared living room and a separate shared kitchen with all appliances. There is 1 full family bathroom. You also have access to a very nice living room with dining space.

All our houses vary in size and shape, but all services are standard. Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Council Tax, Internet & TV Licence are included in your monthly fee.

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and all other communal areas.

The other occupants will be a mix of working professionals between 23 and 35 years old. We keep a balance between guys and girls.

Also, our role is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone in the flat. We make sure all profiles fit well together so people get along and enjoy living together :)
