The room has been recently redecorated and is in excellent condition.

**The flat:** The shared living and dining areas are bright, with plenty of natural light (off-topic, but my favorite part of the flat—I love starting my day with coffee while watching the greenery or squirrels). The flat is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and there is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer at the entrance. There’s also a garden with a shed for extra storage. The TV includes access to my Netflix, NOW, and Disney+, which I’m happy to share. The entire place is fully furnished.

**The area:** Located in the Fulham-Brompton area, the flat is in a strategic location:
- 5 mins from West Brompton Station (Overground & District Line)
- 8 mins from Earls Court Station (Piccadilly Line)

It’s well-served by shops and stalls, perfect for fresh fruits & vegetables, supermarkets, and coffee shops, including:
- Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Poundland, Savers, Lidl (ALDI is opening soon)
- Starbucks, Pret, Gail’s, Blank Coffee Sheep, and local cafés
