Super King Size Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room

We are a family of four with two kids and we have a large spare room on the second floor of our home with ensuite shower and lavatory to rent for a professional who works in London, Monday-Friday. We are just looking to let that room and we use the downstairs kitchen and lounge area a lot of the time, so ideally that would not be accessible to the tenant. However, we could disuss using the kitchen at different times and we can allocate a drawer in the fridge for you.
We are ideally looking for a professional who just needs a base and a place to sleep Monday-Friday, but we could be open to someone who needs a place to stay for the full 7 days a week.
We are looking for an individual, no couples please.
Tenant would need to be happy living with a family with two young children.
