We are a family of four with two kids and we have a large spare room on the second floor of our home with ensuite shower and lavatory to rent for a professional or student.
We are just looking to let that room as we use the downstairs kitchen and lounge area a lot of the time, so ideally that would not be accessible to the tenant. However, we could disuss using the kitchen at different times.
We are ideally looking for someone who needs a base Monday-Friday, but we could be open to someone for the full 7 days a week on a short term basis.
We are looking for an individual, no couples.
Tenant would need to be happy living with a family with two young children.
