Peaceful and spacious three-storey Fulham home offering a bright, comfortable double room in a calm, grown-up environment where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The location is unbeatable — moments from the Thames, leafy parks, and excellent transport links into Chelsea, the West End, and beyond.

Whether you’re here for work, study, or to experience the best of the city at a gentler pace, this is the perfect base.

The space
This home has a quiet, calm, clean, and welcoming feel — the perfect base for your trip. Located on a very safe, family-feel residential street just a few minutes’ walk from Fulham Road, Parsons Green, Bishops Park, and the Thames, you’ll be spoilt for choice with independent cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and cosy pubs.

Getting around is easy: Chelsea is just 10 minutes away, and the West End or central London can be reached in around 30–40 minutes by public transport.

The room is ideal for one tidy, respectful guest who enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It’s particularly suited to someone working in London or studying nearby, looking for a friendly and comfortable home-from-home.

Guest access
You’ll have a bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two large wardrobes offering plenty of storage.

(I also have a second double bedroom available too.)

The bathroom may be shared with at most one other guest — though you might have it entirely to yourself during your stay.

You’ll also have access to the open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar for light cooking and snacks, plus an additional WC downstairs for convenience.

Please note: due to my counselling practice, the home is only suitable for guests who are out during weekday daytime hours (Mon–Fri). This is a firm requirement, as sessions take place in the house.
Ideal for guests with full days of work, study, or activities planned.

This is my full-time home, so there is no shared communal living room or lounge available for guest use.

During your stay
I love this area and I’m happy to share my favourite local spots, hidden gems, and tips for exploring London. I’m on hand if you need anything, but I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay in peace.

Other things to note
This home is strictly suitable for non-smokers and non-vapers only (including outside the property). If you smoke at all, even occasionally, the house unfortunately won’t be the right fit.

I occasionally look after an adorable cockapoo dog named Poppy — she’s friendly, and you’re welcome to a cuddle if you’d like.
