Double bedroom with separate bathroom in Fulham

I'm looking for a flatmate to share a furnished double bedroom in a 2-person flat in Fulham.

The bedroom is around 11 sqm and comes with a bed, small storage cabinet, and clothes rack. You'll have your own bathroom, and we share a kitchen/living room with a washing machine and dishwasher. There's also a small patio out back.

Council tax is around £1,500 yearly, split between us, but students are exempt from this.

I work until about 8pm on weekdays and spend weekends out or relaxing at home. Looking for someone friendly but also independent who's happy to chat but content doing their own thing too.
