The room comes complete with a bed, nightstand, and plenty of storage, making it a comfortable and practical space to settle into. The windows overlook the garden and play area, and blackout blinds are fitted for added privacy and to help keep the room cool in warmer weather.
The rent is 1300/month and the bills are ~150£ (it has never exceeded this, even in winters).

The bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate. The rest of the home is fully furnished too, with a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, and excellent storage throughout. The living room opens directly onto a garden area.

The apartment is within a gated-type development and access is controlled by code, offering additional security. There is also a concierge on site.

The location is amazing: Tesco Express is just around the corner, a large Sainsbury’s is about 10 minutes away, and Aldi, M&S, and Waitrose are all nearby. Transport links are excellent too, with Imperial Wharf station just a 5-minute walk away and Fulham Broadway around 15 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area (and they deliver as well)
