Double room available in Fulham

We have one double room available on our ‘penthouse’ level. The room has a cute little balcony that is street (and sunset) facing. We may be bias, but we think it's the best house in SW6!

🗓️ Move in date: 9th November

🏠 Fulham: 7 min walk to Parsons Green and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road. Short walk to local cafes and Tesco/ Sainsbury’s.

💰£865 per month + £900 deposit

✨All bills are included which covers a weekly cleaner, BT TV, internet, house shop for all communal things, bills and council tax, and the occasional party fund!

🏡 A little about us:
We’re a sociable house of young professionals (3 girls, 3 guys + you) aged 27-29. The house is a spacious 6-bed terrace with 2.5 bathrooms, separate kitchen and lounge, and a roof terrace we call Narnia.

We are looking for a young professional around the same age. No students please.

We enjoy having dinners / drinks and socialising together so we're really looking for someone who will join in and have fun with us!

We’re lucky enough to have a cleaner come once a week, but we still do our bit to keep the flat looking good day-to-day. Ideally, you're someone who is happy to help keep the shared spaces nice and neat.
