2 rooms available in cosy Fulham 3-bed!

Heyy there! Me and my flatmate are leaving our wonderful flat in Fulham and are looking for two girls to replace us!

Our flat is located at equidistance between Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and West Brompton Station, and Earls Court is only a 15 min walk away.

We have a large living room space, a separate kitchen and a small laundry room.
We are looking for someone kind, clean, respectful of shared spaces and who enjoys also chatting around a nice meal in the evening :) must be a working professional, non-smoker, no couples.

Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Coop, mini Tesco and Marks & Spencer are all walking distance so lots of choices for your grocery shopping.

You will be sharing the 3 story flat with the lovely Imane who is mid-20s, a working professional (in computer science), a frenchie, and is looking for two similar, cosy, sweet girls to join her. We have a great relationship with the landlord, who is very proactive and a pleasure to rent with. In turn, we take good care of our flat, we keep the house calm and cosy, and a safe haven to come home to.

Timings:
We will leave this ad running for the next week until 20th October and will then start viewings that week, up to and including the 24th/25th October. We hope to have decided our new joiners by the 28th October.

The two rooms will be available as follows:
- Room 1, first floor. Available from Sunday 8th November.
- Room 2, second floor. Available from Sunday 15th November.

Bills fluctuate between approx £50 and £100 per person a month (winter is heavier for gas). And we put all our shared expenses (like council tax, common spendings) on a tricount to make it easier to split - we each share responsibility for certain bills (one takes responsibility for rent, WiFi and water, one takes gas and the other takes electricity and tax) so that it’s not all on one person’s shoulders.
