I’d love to find someone who’s friendly, easy-going and enjoys a bit of a social home environment, whether that’s having a chat over a glass of wine, catching up after a busy day or going out together on some weekends. At the same time, I equally value having my own space and quiet time, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates that same balance. I’m also a big believer in keeping a home clean, tidy and respectful, so it’s a nice space for everyone to come back to. I have a hybrid work set up, so I would appreciate my future flatmate to have similar! Bills are not included in the monthly rent, they are about 145 pounds per month.
