Hi! My flatmates are sadly leaving our wonderful flat in Fulham and I am looking for two girls to join me in the flat!
Our flat is located at equidistance between Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and West Brompton Station, and Earls Court is only a 15 min walk away.
We have a large living room space, a separate kitchen and a small laundry room.
I am looking for someone kind, clean, respectful of shared spaces and who enjoys also chatting around sometimes :) must be a working professional, non-smoker, no couples.
Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Coop, mini Tesco and Marks & Spencer are all walking distance so lots of choices for your grocery shopping.
You will be sharing the 3 story flat with me. I am mid-20s, a working professional (in computer science), a frenchie, and I am looking for two similar, cosy, sweet girls to join me. We have a great relationship with the landlord, who is very proactive and a pleasure to rent with. In turn, we take good care of our flat, we keep the house calm and cosy, and a safe haven to come home to.
Timings:
I will leave this ad running until next weekend, the 25th October and will plan viewings this weekend and next week, up to and including the 1st November. I hope to have decided the new joiners by the 1st November.
The two rooms will be available from SUNDAY 8th NOVEMBER:
- Room 1, first floor.
- Room 2, second floor.
Both rooms make use of the big family bathroom on the second floor with a shower/bath, sink and toilet. There is also another toilet on the first floor.
Bills fluctuate between approx £50 and £100 per person a month (winter is heavier for gas). And we put all our shared expenses (like council tax, common spendings) on a tricount to make it easier to split - we each share responsibility for certain bills (one takes responsibility for rent, WiFi and water, one takes gas and the other takes electricity and tax) so that it’s not all on one person’s shoulders.
We also have some small furnitures which my flatmates might sell on, if you’d like them!
