The house is shared with three male Imperial College London students, so would be ideal for another student or young professional.
📍 Location: Fulham, SW6 – a great area of West London, with good transport links and convenient access to Imperial College.
💷 Rent: Approximately £1000 per month (excluding bills).
📅 Available: ASAP / flexible move-in date.
🏡 The house: A four-bedroom shared house in a residential area, with three friendly housemates.
This would be a tenancy takeover, subject to landlord approval. I’m looking to move out as soon as possible, so can be flexible with timings and help make the process straightforward.
