Beautiful Fulham / Imperial Wharf Home | Garden

My lovely flatmate and great friend is sadly moving out of London to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our gorgeous home in Imperial Wharf!

The house 🏡

It’s a whole house shared between just two people, so there’s loads of space and it feels much more like a home than a typical flatshare.

There’s a large kitchen diner, living room, three bathrooms, a large private garden with patio and shed, plus concierge and underground parking. We also have a spare room that we use as a home office and extra wardrobe space, which is a huge bonus!

The location 📍

The location is amazing - just a 2-minute walk from Imperial Wharf station and the waterfront, 10 minutes to Fulham Broadway and 15–20 minutes to Parsons Green. There are lovely riverside walks, pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby, with great connections into central London.

The room 💷

Rent is £1,725 per month, with bills around £150. I’m flexible on the move-in date, and the room can be left furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you best.

A little about me and who I’m looking for 🥂

I’m 34 and work in marketing, splitting my time between working from home and the office. Love Pilates, travelling and cooking. I enjoy having a home that feels sociable and welcoming, whether that’s cooking together, having a glass of wine, or heading out for dinner or a pub trip after work. Equally, I love a chilled evening at home, so it’s a nice balance.

You’ll also be sharing with my two adorable, exceptionally well-behaved puppies, who are very much part of the household! 🐶

I’d love to find someone ideally in their late twenties or 30s who wants a nice home, considerate and sociable but not a party house.

I’m open to both guys and girls ultimately, finding someone on a similar wavelength is what matters most!
