Master bedroom with en suite bathroom available in my home, for those who visit London for work.
This room is for those who come to work in London on a regular basis.
The number of days per week is flexible, and thus so is the price. Please contact to discuss.
Cleaning and all bills are included.

The room is for single occupancy only. To maintain the nature of the house for workers, this is not a suitable space for hosting friends or gatherings, or overnight guests.
The room is available from the middle of November 2026 for some days, then fully from December 2026.

Full description
Lovely Master bedroom with lock, Kingsize bed, private en suite bathroom with cascade shower. Also with SmartTv, with Netflix, Disney+ [& Pixar, Marvel etc], &. Blinds & blackout curtains for good sleep. The Wifi is pretty fast, 156mps according to several app tests, [though not for professional gamers etc].
You will also have use of a desk, a chair, a closet, 2 bedside cabinets and a mini-fridge. I am happy for some personal belongings to be left in my property between stays.
There is no kitchen/living room use.
15 minutes walk to 4 train & underground stations including Barons Court, (36 minutes direct to Heathrow Airport).
Guest access
Your bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Access is through the entrance on the ground floor, and up the flights of stairs.
I provide a selection of teas, coffees, and a kettle.
Only a 15 minute walk to River Thames, near antique shops & restaurants, as well as supermarkets and food delivery is also permissable.
Other details to note
This is not a party apartment. This property has neighbours downstairs and other guests who are working professionals. It is important to respect their peace and quiet. This is not the place for going out and coming back after 11pm-12 midnight on worknights [Sunday-Thursday nights], or after 12-1am weekends/holidays, or coming back drunk etc at any time.
The owner also works from home and is usually on site. No guests allowed other than those booked. Any incident of the above matters, (drunkenness, parties, excessive noise or disrespect etc), will result in expulsion from the property without refund.
If however, you are coming to experience the sights, culture, museums and theatre or on a work or family visit etc, and will be respectful of the peace of others, then you are very welcome.
