£1,500 pcm including all bills. I live abroad and will be out of the country for most of the year, so for the majority of the stay you will effectively have the entire furnished flat to yourself.
It is a beautiful, spacious flat with plenty of room and a great atmosphere for creativity. Located just minutes from Imperial Wharf Overground and within walking distance of Fulham Broadway, it is also close to the River Thames.
The flat has a gorgeous roof terrace and comes fully furnished, with a large screen TV, media centre, PlayStation 5, bike and a parking space. High speed broadband and all bills are included.
Guests can also stay in the spare room if needed, as long as you let me know in advance.
I am particularly looking for a PhD student, preferably a single guest, and someone who is quiet, respectful and independent.
