This room is only available for those who live outside London and come to work in London for a few days during the week.
The room is not available at weekends.

Single bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in my home, between Monday and Friday, for one person - who will be out at work during the day, and not working or studying from home. A cleaner and all bills are included.

This is a small, light and comfortable single bedroom with ensuite.. Everything is freshly decorated and carpeted and the mattress is new. It is bright, cosy and quiet, and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. (The photographs really do not do it justice). There is Wi-Fi and a television in the room. You will have use of a small desk/bedside table, a chair, a cupboard which has both hanging space and shelves, and a small chest of drawers. I am happy for a few personal clothes and toiletries to be left in the room when you are not here. The ensuite has an excellent power-shower.

I have a lovely cleaner who will clean your bedroom and bathroom once a week and change your sheets/towels fortnightly.

You can make light use of the kitchen.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a house-share, and is best suited to those happy to be fairly independent and self-sufficient.

The house is in Fulham, which borders Chelsea and is close to central London. It is on a quiet and peaceful residential street, with Bishop’s Park and the river close by - but there are many shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and good transport links into central London. The closest tube station is Parson's Green which is about an 8-minute walk, and the No. 14 bus, with its excellent route into central London - Fulham-South Kensington-Knightsbridge-Hyde Park Corner-Piccadilly - is just around the corner.
