### About the Household

This is a flat share with one heterosexual male of Caribbean descent. I work as a day trader an part-time DJ and occasionally play ’80s and ’90s soul, reggae and other genres. However, I am considerate of noise levels.

### Who Gets the Room?

This is not a first-come, first-served arrangement. Compatibility will be the deciding factor, based on the viewing and our meeting on the day.

- No contract provided.
- No Universal Credits or Benefits.
- One month's rent upfront, plus one month's rent in advance.
- FaceTime or video viewings are not accepted as you need to see the surrounding area.
