I have a spare room available for sub letting for 6 months.

The flat is literally less than 5 minutes walk to Homerton station.

Transport links:
The overground takes you to Highbury & Islington and Stratford station for all underground connections. You also have bus connections that take you to London Bridge and Liverpool Street.

Social:
Victoria Park is reachable in around 15 minutes on foot as well as Lauriston Road for a quiet Sunday coffee. For cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, Castle Cinema and a lovely Sunday market, Chatsworth Road has it all. For good bars and clubs Hackney Wick is pretty perfect.

Communal areas are all shared. The kitchen is fully equipped and welcome to be used.
I would like someone who will treat the flat with care, clean up after themselves, and doesn’t make any noise late at night.

The rent is £950 with all bills included.
We have a 24/7 concierge service, so handy if you need parcels picking up.

Also I have a cat, so would like someone who is pet friendly.

No working from home or parties allowed.
