This is a lovely space at the top of a house in a beautiful, quiet, gated mews behind Brenthouse Road in Central Hackney.

I usually rent it out with Airbnb (100 percent 5* reviews!) , but I am considering a short-term let over the winter months for less hassle:

It's much more than a just private room, but not exactly an entire flat to yourself.

You will have the entire top floor, including a large bedroom/living room, private bathroom and kitchenette on the landing (microwave, fridge, kettle, hob).

There is a sun terrace directly outside of the bedroom with stairs to the roof terrace from there.

You have a large comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed which transforms into a comfortable, full-size double bed, and there's a large wardrobe.

There is also the possibility of using the lower appt. and its full kitchen/ living room. To be discussed!
