As shown on the map, we’re perfectly located at the epicentre of East London, right between, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, Hackney Central, London Fields, Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Park etc.

🛏️Bedroom:
2 lovely double rooms are available (furnished). Room 1 has option to adjust the double bed into a single (as shown).

💸Bills Included
Seriously fast Wifi (250-350mbps), council tax (band D), gas, electricity, water & general maintenance.

💸Living Room:
A tropical, artsy, bohemian vibe with a feng shui that’s off the charts - great for socialising after a big day and hosting the odd dinner party.

🍳Kitchen:
Use of all utensils and equipment (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc), lots of cupboard space and frequent communal meals (if you’re into that sort of thing).

🪴Garden:
During the warmer months we’re big fans of BBQs and having friends over. There’s a shed for storing gardening bits and plenty of plants.

🚽Bathrooms:
There are 2 toilets and 1 bath/shower (these operate as you’d expect, not much to say here…).

We’re 2 easy-going 20-30-year-olds who love living in Hackney. We’re full of energy and creativity and fill our time with working full-time in the retail/design/e-commerce space, cooking, keeping fit and seeing friends and family.

🔍What We Want:
We’re seeking 2 reliable, clean, and trustworthy housemates who respect the home and help create a positive atmosphere. They’d also work at least 4 days ‘in the office’ and pay bills on time. You'll fit right in if you're responsible, considerate, and up for a laugh.
