Bright double room in Hackney townhouse

We have a double room in a beautiful four story townhouse, a short walk away from Victoria park and London Fields.

The room comes unfurnished and a has a lovely view onto a quaint park across the road.

There is a bright and warm living room, a very large kitchen diner and a huge garden with plenty of space for alfresco dining or a bit of yoga in the warmer months.

We are a friendly bunch - 2 cis women, 1 trans woman and 1 cis man, mixture of queer & straight, who are just as happy having a catch up in the kitchen, chilling in the garden, having the odd movie night on the sofa or all hunkering down in our rooms on a cold night. We’ve all got busy lives and things going on too.

We are looking for someone who is chill, clean, considerate and easy going, happy to have a nice chat and to share household responsibilities.

Well street is a 3 min walk away and has all you need for getting groceries, supplies or a take out coffee.

London Fields/Hackney Central/Homerton Overground: 10 Mins walk
Bethnal Green Tube: 10 min bus
26, 388, 277 and 425 bus stops: 2 mins

Move in date is 2nd March but could discuss being flexible by a few days for the right person (cannot be earlier unfortunately!)
We will be holding viewings on Saturday 7th Feb afternoon and/or Sunday 8th Feb morning.
