Bright double room in Hackney townhouse

We have a double room in a beautiful four story townhouse, a short walk away from Victoria park and London Fields.

The room comes furnished (TBC) and a has a lovely view onto a quaint park across the road.

There is a bright and warm living room, a very large kitchen diner and a huge garden with plenty of space for alfresco dining or a bit of yoga in the warmer months.

We are a friendly bunch mixture of queer & straight, who are just as happy having a catch up in the kitchen, chilling in the garden, having the odd movie night on the sofa or all hunkering down in our rooms on a cold night. We’ve all got busy lives and things going on too.

We are looking for someone who is chill, clean, considerate and easy going, happy to have a nice chat and to share household responsibilities.

Well street is a 3 min walk away and has all you need for getting groceries, supplies (big Tesco & corner shops) or a take out coffee & restaurants (Shankeys, La Camionera, Huong and plenty of takeaways). Kristina Records is also minutes away for music lovers.

Victoria park and Well street common are just around the corner, with Kit Crawley gardens just opposite the house in addition to the huge garden so it's pretty leafy around here.

Move in date is in the beginning of November but no later than the 5th. Rent is paid on the 15th of each month to me, I deal with all the bills myself so it's easy for everyone.
