Hi — I’m looking for a considerate lodger to join a calm, well-kept Hackney E9 flat. The room is available now and ideal if you’re looking to move soon or need a comfortable base in East London.
The room is a bright, fully furnished double (approx. 11’ x 11’ / 120 sq ft) with a proper work-from-home setup, including an electric sit/stand desk and monitor. It’s well suited to someone who works from home part-time or values a quieter daytime setup.
You’ll be sharing with me (live-in landlord — I work in advertising/digital strategy, partly from home and partly out for meetings), one other lodger (a young professional), and my small Yorkie Poo — friendly, hypoallergenic, and full of character.
This is a relaxed, adult home with a warm, easy-going vibe. It’s calm, clean, and thoughtfully kept. While it’s my home, I’m happy to share the living space and enjoy the occasional chat or cuppa. It’s best suited to someone who wants a comfortable, respectful home rather than a party flatshare.
