The flat is off Mare Street, less than a 5 minute walk to Hackney Central station, 10 min walk to London Fields. Right near a Tesco & m&s.

Rent is £1,050 pm, paid on the 20th, with bills coming to around £175 pm including energy, water, internet, council tax. The deposit is £1,183. The room is available from 20th September and the contract runs until September 2026 (you will need to pass the real estate reference checks). No couples sorry


The room itself is spacious and bright, comes with a bed including mattress, and has big built-in wardrobes so lots of storage. (Note: the room does not include the desk or chest of drawers etc). You will share the main bathroom, which has a bath, with only 1 other person!
The flat is modern with an open-plan kitchen + living area with good natural light. There is also a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, a dishwasher, washing machine etc.

You’ll be living with two professional girls – one Brit, 29, and one Aussie, 30. We’re easy-going, friendly and we like to keep the flat relaxed and homely. We both like socialising with friends, dinners, drinks, gigs etc.
