I am looking for a short term flat mate for 3 months (start of November to end of Jan). I'm a queer cis woman working in mental health, value cosy and friendly vibes at home. Also into a clean space and like cooking for flatmates if we are both around. LGBTQI+ FLINTA preferred.
Rent: £850pcm
Bills: approx £130 per month but can provide an exact breakdown of this
Sorry the pics of the room are so bad and all somehow the wrong way round? My camera can't get it all in, but the room is part furnished. Comes with double bed (can provide a mattress if you would like this), would fit a desk, comes with the red drawers and has built in wardrobe. Gets eve sun!
Trans and sw friendly. Sorry no benefits. Flat not on ground floor but there is a lift, small step down into flat. Get in touch if you are interested- viewings next week xxx
