Double garden room in Homerton flat

Looking for someone to sublet my room from January 2nd until 1st February, with potential room to extend until 1st March.

The room is gorgeous & cosy. Comes with a heater to keep the room warm for the winter. Furniture will be staying but the cupboards will be cleared for space to hang clothing. If there’s any other requests on furniture just lmk. Flat comes with everything you will need to live. Kitchen, shared living room, dishwasher, dryers ect.

Rent £950 - I will pay the bills
Deposit of £500 to secure for any damages which will be returned on leaving.

Looking for someone that is easy going, very tidy, that doesn’t work from home and someone that has a calm energy within the house.

There are two girls living here already so someone that can fit into that will be great.
