Hiya, looking for someone to officially take over from me on my lease in a really great spot in Hackney. Start date is flexible from Oct to early Nov. You would be sharing with just one other woman who is a really fun easygoing flatmate - working professional during the week but loves to explore the area, cook, and go out on the weekends so would suit another professional that likes to hang out and be social. The price is £1250 per month including most bills (council tax, water, +wifi) except electricity because that is metred so would be split 50/50 every month. The room is a very decent size, I have enough space for a desk set up to work from home. The flat itself is super cute and really well maintained by the agency who owns the building. Were on Lvl 1 of a very secure building. The flat is right near London Fields in Hackney so its super connected. Nearest overgrounds are London Fields (Weaver) and Hackney Central (Mildmay) so very easy to get anywhere in central London or get directly to Hampstead, Camden, Richmond/Kew Gardens. Plus loads of bus options including nightbus. Pub On the Park is just a 5min walk away! Were also super close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney Picture House and Hackney Library + lots of great cafes, bars/pubs and clubs. Heaps of local supermarket options and Westfield Stratford is a quick train ride. Very happy to arrange viewings if you are interested. Room is being advertised as unfurnished but I am happy to do deals if you wanted to keep any of it.
