Two Rooms Available in Huge Hackney House!

We are looking for 2 girls to complete this 4 bedroom (1 WC, 1 shared bath, 2 ensuites) house located minutes away from Hackney Central. The rent is £4500, and it has been divided based on room size/amenities. The two rooms available are labeled 1 and 2 on the floor plan picture (both of the ensuites are spoken for already).

You'd be living with two other girls: Siya (23 yrs old) and me, Cassie (26 yrs old). You'd also be sharing the house with an extremely quiet, sweet, calm, and loving 6 yr-old cat named Farrah :)

We are looking for 2 girls who are social, respectful, and communicative. This isn't a party flat, but we would love to cultivate a cozy and social vibe, where we feel comfortable having movie nights, cooking dinner, or having a cheeky drink out while also respecting each other's need for alone time <3 We love cooking, a good glass of wine, thrifting, going to the gym/playing tennis, baking, and movies.

The flat is extremely spacious and has a unique, eclectic vibe. There are access to two outdoor spaces: one terrace and one private "patio" area (accessible through the larger lower ground floor area). No other pets are allowed, as Farrah is an only cat :,) Smokers are allowed, but no smoking inside the house.
