Description
Rent £1230 (paid monthly)
Council Tax £91.5 (half of actual bill)
WiFi £12.50 (half of actual bill)
Gas & Electric ~£50 (half of actual bill)
The current flatmate has added these appliances to the kitchen and has been generous with sharing them:
- microwave
- air fryer
- kettle
- grounded coffee machine (although I would top up bags of coffee and oat milk for my usage)
I will be putting my king-sized bed and frame on marketplace, unless you want to keep it there for £200
I’m moving back home and so I’m putting this room up for viewings. There’s no train sounds nearby and it’s very quiet at night.
I took the 55 or 26 bus into Shoreditch most mornings and there’s lots of shops, pizza places, Vietnamese restaurants, Brazilian grocers, big and small tescos nearby, Sainsbury’s local very close.
I really like living here and have no reason to leave other than I’ve changed my job and I’m able to now be remote and so I’m going back home for awhile.
The flatmate that’s staying is Ian and he’s been very chill and easy to live with, he’s often out in the morning on a run or a cycle - I’d have no hesitation recommending him as someone to live with.
*disclaimer* - the current flatmate has someone he knows personally come to look soon. If that isn’t a good match then we will start looking at the replies here, on a first come first served basis. Thank you
