A lovely, light-filled room is available in our recently renovated four-bed house, just a stone's throw from Mare Street and London Fields.

The room is fully furnished and ready to move into, with plenty of storage, a desk with a monitor, a desk chair and a brand-new mattress. Bedding and towels are provided if you'd like to use them, and the room gets lots of natural light, making it a great spot to work or relax.

The house has been recently renovated and has a big, stylish living room and a large kitchen, both bright and airy. Outside there's a patio and a garden edged with flower beds, which gets plenty of sun with some nice shade from the trees. It sits just off a main road but is surprisingly quiet.

You'd be sharing with three lovely, respectful and tidy housemates. Most of us work from the office, so the house is usually calm during the day. I work from home the most, so you won't be fighting anyone for space.

Short walk to Hackney Central and London Fields stations, with Bethnal Green a quick bus ride away
Main bus routes right on the doorstep
Plenty of shops, cafés and supermarkets nearby, plus London Fields and Broadway Market on your doorstep

Rent: £1000 (i have knocked about £150 off for convenience) per month, bills arent included but amount to about 100-150.
