We've found an incredible 5-bedroom warehouse conversion just by London Fields, and we're looking for a person to join us!

There are currently 4 of us, all working professionals, and we're looking for a like-minded housemate to make up the group.

We're looking to make this a proper home and want a flat where everyone's friends, with us being mates who have lived together before. Ideally we'd find people similar to us; we all enjoy a pub trip, live music, sports, dinners or nights out together, and just generally enjoying London but also have our own lives and respect everyone's space. We're all pretty relaxed, tidy and easy-going.

The place is genuinely amazing. It's just been completely refurbished, with five double bedrooms, five bathrooms (three en-suite), it comes unfurnished but with a huge open-plan kitchen/living area and a private garden. It's also in a brilliant location, close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney Central and Victoria park

We put an offer in this weekend before someone else snaps it up, so we're looking for someone who would be keen to move in for start of November.

Ideally we'd love to meet up for a drink to get to know each other and see if we'd all be a good fit, but can do a video call if easier given the timescales.
