The flat is on the top (9th) floor of a modern apartment block in the heart of Hackney. It's modern and clean with a double aspect living room/kitchen with amazing views over London and a large south facing balcony with an outdoor sofa.

The Area: It's a great location being just off Well Street, it’s with in a 2 min walk of great bars, pubs, restaurants and a Tesco Metro. Hackney town centre is a 5 min walk with the Picturehouse cinema, Oslo, The Moth Club etc. London Fields and Broadway Market is about a 10-15 min walk and Victoria Park is about a 5 min walk.

Transport: It's under a 10 min walk to either Hacnkey Central or Homerton station both on the London Overground connecting to either Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line) or Stratford station, so you will be able to get into central London in about 30 mins.

Your Room: available furnished or unfurnished, there is a built in wardrobe, (it’s pictured as was) the previous flat mate changed the bed for a single so that can be left or replaced with a double as shown

I'm 42, originally from Wales (no accent), I've been living the dream in London since 2008. I work as diary manager, remotely at the moment with the option of a few days in the office. I like to spend my evenings watching some telly or going to the theatre, cinema, having dinner out with friends.

I'm very clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space/belongings and would like my new housemate to be the same. Ideally I'd like a non-smoker, someone who is easy going and I can have a good chat with every now and again.
