Lovely, double room in sunny Victorian house

A lovely, sunny double room in a beautiful, charming Victorian house, with 2 reception rooms, a large kitchen and walled garden, near by Victoria park.
A creative household with two reception rooms, large kitchen and two other bedrooms.
The available room is large with original features- wooden floorboards, fireplace (not working) and fully furnished with a double divan bed and built in wardrobes. Would suit a professional. I am an artist and work from home and from my studio nearby. I enjoy yoga, meditation, gardening, cooking, piano and am generally relaxed, into quiet living.
I am looking for someone who is mindful, tidy, responsible, chilled. No couples. (I'll be away in Dec-Feb so would like someone to look after my many plants!
