Lovely, double room in sunny Victorian house

A lovely, sunny double room in a beautiful and charming Victorian house, with 2 reception rooms, a large kitchen and lovely, walled garden, right by Victoria park.
A creative household with garden, two reception rooms, large kitchen and two other bedrooms.

I will be away during the month of sep and oct, and you will share with a lovely girl. I am looking for someone who is mindful, tidy, responsible, chilled, and preferably good at looking after plants and gardens. Please don’t message me if your requirement doesn’t meet my criteria. I can do max 3 months. I don’t host couples and my min age is early 30’s.
The available room is LARGE with original features- wooden floorboards, fireplace and fully furnished with a double divan bed and built in wardrobe (not huge). Would suit a professional. I am an artist and work from home and from my studio nearby. I enjoy yoga, meditation, gardening, cooking, piano and am generally relaxed, into quiet living.
