I have a lovely 1 bed flat in Kennington, just off of Cleaver Square. I have lived there for the last 10 years and renovated it when I moved in. It has a brilliant shower, comfy bed and nice big living room.

I am spending more and more time in Cambridge so am looking for someone to rent the flat.

It is fully furnished and I can provide bed linen and towels.

The flat is in a great location for the city and super homely. It’s off the main road so really quiet.

- 5 minute walk from Kennington tube
- 15-20 minute walk from the South Bank
- just off Cleaver Square (great for summer evenings playing boules!)

All bills except for electricity (£60-150/ month) are included.

Flexible on rental period length. It Is fully furnished and has crockery and linen etc. Would be perfect for someone who needs to be in the city for work for a period of time. Could be a couple but it is 32sqm so probably better suited for an individual.
