I have a lovely 1 bed flat in Kennington, just off of Cleaver Square. I have lived there for the last 10 years and renovated it when I moved in. It has a brilliant shower, comfy bed and nice big living room.

I am spending more and more time in Cambridge so am looking for someone to rent the flat the flat.

It is fully furnished and I can provide bed linen and towels.

The flat is in a great location for the city and super homely. It’s off the main road so really quiet..

- 5 minute walk from Kennington tube
- 15-20 minute walk from the South Bank
- just off Cleaver Square (great for summer evenings playing boules!)

All bills except for electricity (£60-150/ month) are included.

Flexible on rental period length.
