Room going in social zone1/2 flat

We are looking for someone to join our sociable flat in Kennington, it’s a five minute walk from the tube station and in a lovely area, ideally we are looking for someone who is tidy, a good laugh and always up for a pint!

We are three professional males 23-24 who all work full-time. One of our flat mates is moving out for university so we are looking to find someone to take their place on the tenancy. We are looking for a longer term flatmate, so are unlikely to consider anyone who is looking for a short-term stay and would prefer a professional to a student.

We'd be keen to meet you over a pint and to show you the flat and make sure whoever takes the room is a good fit for the flat dynamic as we like to be sociable as a flat. The flat is in a maisonette block with everyone else being a similar age/stage in their career, so we have really good relations with our neighbours and socialise with them on occasion.

The flat itself is lovely with a decently sized kitchen/living space for Zone 1/2 London, the available room over looks a lovely garden (which we have some access to). As the smaller room in the flat it pays a reduced rent compared to the rest of us and you'd have access to storage out with the room.
