I'm looking to fill the 2nd room in a beautiful 2 bed flat I've lived in for 6 years. I've fully furnished the property, so you'll not need to buy anything.
Ideally want a friendly, sociable housemate (of a similar ish age, I'm 33!) who has their own things going on in London but has similar interests - travel, fitness, eating out, live music and generally just quite easy going.
Reason for filling the room - My best friend is moving back to Ireland (we're from Belfast) having lived together for 3 years.
Things are clean, tidy and cared for in this house!
Can't stress enough how well located this flat is - if you work in Central London, the West End or in South - it's perfect. Easy to get to both SW, East and West London easily :)
