Looking for a flatmate in my favourite home ever, literally a stone throw away from Kennington station (the best Northern line station).

My flatmate is moving out after 2 years together in this flat and 3 years overall, and I’m too attached to this catch of a place to move too.

You will inherit a lovely, above-average spacious double bedroom. As seen in pictures, it’ll come with:
- Double bed
- Desk
- Two cupboards
- Two dressers
- Two beautiful windows that look out to a small shared garden

The flat has a shared sitting room, a kitchen, and separate rooms for bath and toilet (virtually zero routine clashes). Thoroughly bright with a crazy number of windows.

Usual amenities are included, but highlights are:
- Dishwasher
- Separate tumble dryer

Bills (including Council Tax band C for Lambeth, gas, electricity, fiber optic internet, water) add up to about £210 a month per person.

As for me, I am a data management consultant who is away for work half of the week (perks for you). I rarely cook so you have almost free reign of the massive kitchen. Gay, single, quiet. I might not be present too much, but I am courteous and friendly.
